How do I download the Microsoft Teams client?

• On Windows
  • Use CMF; Beware the Microsoft Teams client will only be available in CMF for registered service users.
• On Mac
  • Use the Mac Self Service; Beware the Microsoft Teams client will only be available for registered service users.
• On Linux
  • Access https://teams.microsoft.com from Chrome, login with your CERN account, then install the progressive web app by clicking the dedicated icon in the menu bar of the browser
• On iOS and Android
  • Use the App stores: http://aka.ms/teamsmobiledownload
• On any platform
  • As a web app on https://teams.microsoft.com
  • Or download from the web app https://teams.microsoft.com
    then click top right ... → download the desktop or mobile app.

Windows Clients are using Edge by default when clicking urls.

Change this behavior by going to:

• Teams client → Settings (top right ...)
  • Links open preference → Always open links in:
  • Set Default Browser
